2019年12月22日下午，湖南老兵之家益阳工作站志愿者七十多人，在赫山区金玉满堂大酒店召开2019年年会。
一、主持人致开场辞
二、致敬抗战老兵：
有请姜立诚（原国民革命军第九战区司令部上慰参谋，参加了抗战胜利七十周年北京9.3阅兵）、刘熙（原国民革命军青年远征军205师614团）二位老兵爷爷上台。
1、由志愿者雪中飞舞、娥姐为老兵爷爷敬献鲜花。
2、由茅台王子益阳地区经销商何总为二位老兵爷爷赠送礼金。
3、老兵姜立诚爷爷讲话。
